Terms of Service

By creating or using a Crimora City account, you agree to these Terms of Service and the City Rules. If you do not agree, do not use Crimora City.

You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. You are responsible for your login details and for all activity on your account. One account per person, as set out in the City Rules.

Crimora Coins and VIP Black Cards are optional virtual purchases with no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn or redeemed for money. Purchases are generally final; refunds are only given where required by law or at our discretion.

Gameplay is governed by the City Rules. Breaking them can lead to warnings, restrictions, suspension or account closure, with or without prior notice.

Crimora City's code, design, artwork, text and branding belong to the Crimora City team. Your account and any in-game items or currency are licensed to you for personal use only and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game.

Crimora City is under active development. Features, balancing, prices and content may change, and the service may be paused or discontinued at any time without guaranteed compensation for unused virtual items or currency.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the City Rules. You may stop using your account at any time; this does not entitle you to a refund.

Crimora City is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost progress, virtual items, currency or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the new version. Questions can be sent through Bug Reports or to the City Team.
